| 16 | oz fat free yogurt, vanilla or orange |
| 11 | oz mandarin oranges, drained |
- Put cream chees in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Put the yogurt and mandarins in the blender with the cream cheese.
- Blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate in a small bowl until ready to serve.
