Tzaziki Dip
| 1 | cup plain yogurt |
| 1/2 | cucumber |
| 1 | tbsp minced dill or mint |
| 1 | tsp garlic |
| 1/4 | tsp salt |
Drain yogurt in fridge for 30 min. using 3 coffee filters over sieve. Mix cucumber, pour 1/2 tsp lemon juice and 1/8 tsp salt over cucumber. Let sit 30 min in another sieve. Mix together after 30 min and drain excess fluid. Add garlic and spice. Serve with pita bread.Categories
