Ingredients

teaspoons olive oil |

cup boneless skinless chicken breast |

green pepper |
| 1 |
red pepper |
| 1 |
small onion |
| 2 |
tablespoons soy sauce |
| 1 |
tablespoon dijon mustard |
| 12 |
baby carrots |
| 3 |
cups of lettuce |
Directions
- Marinade chicken in soy sauce and dijon mustard for an hour.
- Put olive oil in a fry pan and add chicken, stir fry until chicken is almost done.
- Add the remining ingredients
- cook until veg are tender
- salt and pepper to taste
- Put over lettuce
