Sweet side dish
| 16 | oz noodles (raw) |
| 1/2 | c egg beaters |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1/2 | c sugar |
| 1/2 | c splenda |
| 10 | oz crushed pineapple (drained) |
| 1/3 | c oil |
- Cook noodles until just done
- mix eggs, egg beaters, sugar, splenda and oil.
- Add to noodles
- Add pineapple
- mix and pour into 9x13 pan
- Bake at 350* for about 1 hour or until top starts to brown
