Salad with mozzarella, roasted peppers, black olives and artichokes

Ingredients

cups raw spinach |
| 30 |
jumbo black olives (about 1 can), sliced in half and drained |
| 1 |
can artichoke hearts (packed in water), drained |
| 1 |
cup canned roasted red sweet peppers, (packed in water), drained and sliced |
| 6 |
oz Ciliengine (small fresh mozzarella balls), cut in half |
Directions
- Makes sure all ingredients, except spinach, are cut into bite sized pieces.
- Divide everything equally between 4 bowls.
- Serve with your favorite dressing.
