Orange Ginger Salmon Recipe

Broiled salmon with orange ginger glaze.

Ingredients
32 oz salmon fillets
1/3 cup orange juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup brown sugar
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Marinate salmon fillets for 30 minutes. Broil salmon for about 5 minutes on each side. During cooking, rub marinade on fillets to create a slightly crusty glaze.
