| 32 | oz salmon fillets |
| 1/3 | cup orange juice |
| 1/4 | cup soy sauce |
| 1 | teaspoon ground ginger |
| 1/2 | cup brown sugar |
Combine all ingredients. Marinate salmon fillets for 30 minutes. Broil salmon for about 5 minutes on each side. During cooking, rub marinade on fillets to create a slightly crusty glaze.Categories
