Chinese Cabbage

Makes 4 servings

A way to serve cabbage without mayonnaise.

Ingredients
3 cup shredded cabbage
2 stalks celery, sliced
2 T. water
1 green bell pepper, sliced thin
1 medium onion, sliced
Directions
  1. Prepare vegetables by shredding or slicing in thin strips. Heat skillet, then spray skillet with vegetable spray. Drop in vegetables and water, stirring well; cover tightly and bring to a simmer. Steam 5 minutes, stir, and serve hot.
