Ingredients

cup shredded cabbage |

stalks celery, sliced |

T. water |

green bell pepper, sliced thin |

medium onion, sliced |
Directions
- Prepare vegetables by shredding or slicing in thin strips. Heat skillet, then spray skillet with vegetable spray. Drop in vegetables and water, stirring well; cover tightly and bring to a simmer. Steam 5 minutes, stir, and serve hot.
