| 1/4 | medium zucchini |
| 1/2 | yellow squash |
| 1 | medium tomatoe |
| 1 | cup romaine lettuce |
| 1 | tbsp butter |
| 1 | tbsp garlic |
- slice eggplant, zucchini & squash as desired
- brush them with melted butter and garlic mixture
- grill them using frying pan, foreman grill or bbq
- slice lettuce as desired
- slice tomatoe as desired
- mix lettuce & tomatoe
- mix veggies into lettuce & tomatoe mixture
- enjoy!
