Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients
9 white mushrooms
1 oz fat free cream cheese
1 T sour cream
1 1/2 oz imitation king crab
1 spring onion
2 T shredded parmesan cheese
1 salt
1 pepper
Directions
  1. Pull stems from mushrooms. Dice stems and mix with next 4 ingredients. Add 1 T paremesan. Add salt and pepper.

  2. Stuff caps with cheese mixture. Top each cap with the remaining parmesan.

  3. Bake in oven at 350 until golden brown.
