| 1 | T sour cream |
| 1 1/2 | oz imitation king crab |
| 1 | spring onion |
| 2 | T shredded parmesan cheese |
| 1 | salt |
| 1 | pepper |
- Pull stems from mushrooms. Dice stems and mix with next 4 ingredients. Add 1 T paremesan. Add salt and pepper.
- Stuff caps with cheese mixture. Top each cap with the remaining parmesan.
- Bake in oven at 350 until golden brown.
