Pan-Seared Cinnamon Peaches Recipe

Cinnamon-sweet, and relatively good for you, too.

Ingredients
6 large peaches, pitted, peeled, and sliced
2 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp canola oil
Directions
  1. Combine peaches, cinnamon, and sugar in a Ziploc bag and shake well to combine.

  2. Add oil to a frying pan and heat over medium high heat. Arrange peach slices in the pan; sear for 2-3 minutes per side.

  3. Serve warm.
