| 6 | large peaches, pitted, peeled, and sliced |
| 2 | tbsp cinnamon |
| 2 | tbsp brown sugar |
| 1 | tbsp canola oil |
- Combine peaches, cinnamon, and sugar in a Ziploc bag and shake well to combine.
- Add oil to a frying pan and heat over medium high heat. Arrange peach slices in the pan; sear for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve warm.
