Sauce for pastas of any kind
| 10 | cloves garlic |
| 2 | tablespoon olive oil |
| 2 | tablespoon butter |
| 1 | cup milk |
| 1 | tablespoon flour |
| 1/4 | cup Parmesan cheese |
| 1 | tablespoon parsley |
- Toss cloves in oil; roast
- Mash cooked garlic in saucepan and place butter in saucepan to melt. Combine until smooth.
- Stir in flour and cook to make roux.
- Slowly add milk, stirring constantly.
- Cook until slightly thickened.
- Stir in cheese and parsley.
- Serve.
