Garlic Parmesan Sauce Recipe

Sauce for pastas of any kind

Ingredients
10 cloves garlic
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon butter
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon flour
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon parsley
Directions
  1. Toss cloves in oil; roast

  2. Mash cooked garlic in saucepan and place butter in saucepan to melt. Combine until smooth.

  3. Stir in flour and cook to make roux.

  4. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly.

  5. Cook until slightly thickened.

  6. Stir in cheese and parsley.

  7. Serve.
