Turkey Burger Recipe

Ingredients
20 4/5 ounces ground turkey breast
1 egg
1/4 cup Dill
1/4 cup parsley
1 teaspoon pepper
1 onion
Directions
  1. start grill or broiler

  2. chop onion

  3. mix everything in large mixing bowl

  4. divide mixture into 5 equal parts

  5. make hamburger patties by rolling mixer into ball then flatten with palm of hand

  6. place patties on grill and cook until hot all the way through

  7. add veggies or if you have extra calories for the day a slice of cheese
