| 1/4 | cup Dill |
| 1/4 | cup parsley |

- start grill or broiler
- chop onion
- mix everything in large mixing bowl
- divide mixture into 5 equal parts
- make hamburger patties by rolling mixer into ball then flatten with palm of hand
- place patties on grill and cook until hot all the way through
- add veggies or if you have extra calories for the day a slice of cheese
