lots of good vitamins and fiber, very low cal

Ingredients
4 cups broccoli
1 head cauliflower
2 head cabbage
29 ounces tomatoes
45 ounces chicken broth
40 ounces water
Directions
  1. chop it all up, throw it in the crockpot until all is done.

  2. 40 calories or so a cup, depending.
