| 1/4 | cup mushrooms |
| 1 | leaf lettuce |
| 1 | tbsp dijon mustard |
| 1/2 | tbsp balsamic vinegar |
| 1 | tbsp hummus |
- Slice all the veggies.
- Spread sauces on the breads.
- Put everything else between the breads.
