Veggie Turkey Cheese Sandwich Recipe

Makes 1 serving


Lots of Veggies. Little bit of processed ham and cheese. Yummmm.

Ingredients
2 1/2 ounces whole wheat bread
1 slice ham
3/5 ounce processed cheese
1/2 cup zucchini
1/2 cup tomatoes
1/2 cup cucumbers
1/4 cup mushrooms
1 leaf lettuce
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp hummus
Directions
  1. Slice all the veggies.

  2. Spread sauces on the breads.

  3. Put everything else between the breads.
