summer salad

Makes 5 servings

Ingredients
4 oz orzo pasta
1/4 cup Dill
1 large onion
1 red pepper
1/2 cup chickpeas
1 cup broccoli
1/2 cup feta
1/2 cup balsamic Vinegar
10 large olives
Directions
  1. cook pasta

  2. chopped onion and pepper, raw or cook with non-fat cooking spray

  3. chop broccoli into small bite size pieces

  4. cut dill with scissors

  5. combine everything into large bowl and add balsamic vinigar

  6. chill and serve
