| 15 1/2 | ounces flour |
| 1 1/4 | cups buttermilk |
| 3 | eggs |
| 13 | ounces sugar |
| 1 | tbsp vanilla extract |
| 1 1/4 | tsp baking soda |
| 1 1/2 | cups vegetable oil |
| 1 1/2 | tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder |
- Sift all dry ingredients together.
- Mix all wet ingredients.
- Gradually add dry mix to liquid mix.
- Do not over mix.
- Fill each cupcake at about 2/3.
- Bake for 20-25 min @ 350F
