Serve this fiesta-friendly dip with fat-free tortilla chips, pita bread wedges or raw veggies. From the American Diabetes Association. canned black beans, sesame tahini, sour cream, garlic, tomato, lime juice, cumin, black pepper cvt

Ingredients
15 oz (canned) black beans, drained (95047)
1 tbsp sesame tahini (12166)
1 tbsp (low fat) sour cream (87270)
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp tomato, minced
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp cumin
1 fresh ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
