Vege Chili with fake meat

Makes 8 servings

even meat lovers won't be able to tell the difference

Ingredients
1 medium onion
4 cloves garlic
8 oz mushrooms
1 tbsp cumin
1 T chili powder
1 tsp cayenne
12 oz smart ground
2 cups kidney beans
26 oz tomatos (diced)
15 oz tomato sauce
1 cup green peppers (diced)
1 cup red peppers (Diced)
Directions
  1. Spray deep skillet with cooking spray

  2. saute onion, garlic until soft, add mushrooms and spices, spray again and add smart ground

  3. saute until browned

  4. Add vegetables and beans

  5. Cook 20 minutes

  6. serve over rice or in taco shells if desired
