oz mushrooms |

tbsp cumin |
| 1 |
T chili powder |
| 1 |
tsp cayenne |

oz smart ground |

cups kidney beans |
| 26 |
oz tomatos (diced) |
| 15 |
oz tomato sauce |
| 1 |
cup green peppers (diced) |
| 1 |
cup red peppers (Diced) |
Directions
- Spray deep skillet with cooking spray
- saute onion, garlic until soft, add mushrooms and spices, spray again and add smart ground
- saute until browned
- Add vegetables and beans
- Cook 20 minutes
- serve over rice or in taco shells if desired
