Low Calorie & Carb Seafood Stew. Make vegetarian by removing the clams & crab delights. (The clam juice will have it retain a seafood flavor)

Ingredients

tbsp Buttery Spread |

oz Tomato paste |
| 14 |
oz broccoli |
| 7 3/4 |
oz Tofu |
| 3 |
tsp sugar |
| 2 |
tbsp garlic |
| 6 1/2 |
oz Chopped Clams |
| 8 |
oz Clam Juice |
| 8 |
oz Crab Delights |
| 4 |
oz 2% milk |
Directions
- Heat the liguid items, buttery spread, garlic, clams & sugar in a pot. Stir in the tomato paste slowly. Add in the other ingredients one by one, stiring thoroughly after each. simmer on low for 1/2 hour.
