Strawberry Smoothie Recipe

Submitted by jadamich

Makes 1 serving

Smoothie for breakfast or snack, incredibly easy to make, and you can substitute any fruit for the strawberries. Also yummy with mixed fruit!

Ingredients
2 cups strawberries, frozen
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate, frozen
1/4 cup water
Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add more water if the mixture is too thick.

  2. You can also add sugar or Splenda to taste if the smoothie is too tart for your taste.
