Smoothie for breakfast or snack, incredibly easy to make, and you can substitute any fruit for the strawberries. Also yummy with mixed fruit!
| 2 | cups strawberries, frozen |
| 1/4 | cup orange juice concentrate, frozen |
| 1/4 | cup water |
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add more water if the mixture is too thick.
- You can also add sugar or Splenda to taste if the smoothie is too tart for your taste.
