| 1 | pound ground turkey |
| 1 | egg |
| 2 | cloves garlic, finely chopped |
| 1/4 | cup onion, finely chopped |
| 1 | tsp basil |
| 1 | tsp oregano |
| 1/2 | cup brown rice, cooked |
| 4 | tbsp cheese, romano, grated |
| 1 | tsp olive oil |
- Heat olive oil in large frying pan.
- Mix all ingredients together and form into balls (about golf ball size)
- Cook meat balls in pan, covered, for about 8-10 minutes.
- Remove cover and turn meatballs
- Continue cooking about another 5-8 minutes until done.
