Toss the tortilla chips in favor of Quaker Rice Cakes and you?ve got a zesty, satisfyingly crunchy snack that?s packed with flavor-not with fat.

Ingredients
54 g Quaker lightly salted rice cakes
8 oz refried beans (fat free)
1/2 cup salsa
1 medium tomato, diced
2 oz green chilies, drained
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup cheddar cheese (low fat)
Directions
  1. Heat beans and spread over Quaker® Lightly Salted or Salt Free Rice Cakes.

  2. Layer with salsa, tomato, chilies, green pepper, onions and cheese.

  3. Garnish with low-fat sour cream, if desired.
