Seafood Salad

Makes 12 servings

Quick and easy a family favorite!

Ingredients
12 oz rotini noodles
4 hard boiled eggs
12 oz crab
3 carrots, pealed
1/2 cup corn
1 onion
2 red peppers
1 green pepper
1 cup Miracle whip light
1 dill weed, black pepper, papprika to taste
Directions
  1. Boil noodles in a pot for 9 min. Rinse well and then chill in ice water.

  2. Chop hard boiled eggs, crab meat, carrots, red and green peppers, and onions. Add corn.

  3. Lightly toss, mix in Miracle whip and season.
