Ingredients
450 g minced beef
1 spring onion, chopped
116 g chopped fresh spinach
58 g chopped tomato
58 g crumbled feta cheese
3/4 tsp dill, dried
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
  1. Combine minced beef, spring onion, spinach, tomato, feta, dill, salt and pepper. Form into 2 burgers.

  2. Grill or pan-fry over a medium-high heat for 6 minutes on each side for medium doneness
