Easy to make meatballs to top pasta or to put in soup. Quick recipe with little clean up and great taste.

Ingredients
| 1 |
pound ground beef |
| 1/2 |
cup cracker crumbs |
| 1/2 |
cup grated Parmesan cheese |
| 1/2 |
teaspoon salt |
| 1/2 |
teaspoon black pepper |
| 2 |
teaspoons garlic powder |
| 1 |
teaspoon onion powder |
| 1 |
teaspoon dried oregano |
| 1 |
tbs. parsley flakes |
| 2 |
large eggs |
Directions
- Place all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- Mash with your hands (or a large fork) thoroughly.
- Measure and Roll into tablespoon size balls and place on a baking pan.
- Cook in a 375 degree oven for 12 minutes.
- Cut a meatball in half to make sure it isn't pink.
- Put meatballs into your favorite pasta sauce or into a homemade soup.
- Enjoy!
