slow-cooker recipe
| 14 | oz bean sprouts, drained |
| 3 | tbsp. butter, melted |
| 4 | green onions, chopped |
| 4 | oz. mushroom pieces |
| 10 | oz. cream of mushroom soup |
| 1 | cup sliced celery |
| 1 | pound chicken, uncooked and cubed |
| 1 | tbsp. soy sauce |
| 1 | cup cashew nuts |
- Combine all ingredients except nuts in slow cooker.
- Cover. Cook on low 6-9 hours or on high 3 hours.
- Stir in cashews before serving.
- Serve over hot rice.
