Oriental Chicken Cashew Recipe

slow-cooker recipe

Ingredients
14 oz bean sprouts, drained
3 tbsp. butter, melted
4 green onions, chopped
4 oz. mushroom pieces
10 oz. cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sliced celery
1 pound chicken, uncooked and cubed
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 cup cashew nuts
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except nuts in slow cooker.

  2. Cover. Cook on low 6-9 hours or on high 3 hours.

  3. Stir in cashews before serving.

  4. Serve over hot rice.
