Walnut Dip

Makes 24 servings

This dip is excellent with baked corn tortillas that are cut into wedges.

Ingredients
2 packages cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tsp cumin
1 tbs pepper
1/2 tsp salt
9 oz corn
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1/3 cup onion
Directions
  1. Put the corn and walnuts in a food processor for 20 seconds.

  2. Put the softened cream cheese, lime juice, cumin, pepper, salt, and onion in with the walnuts and run food processor for 30 seconds or so.

  3. Scrape the dip out of the food processor and put in a bowl.

  4. Each serving equals 2 TBS.
