Ingredients
1/4 cup Cabbage, Chinese (Pak-choi)
1/2 tomato
2 radishes
1/2 carrot
1/4 cup celery
1/4 cup broccoli
1/4 avocado
1/4 cucumber
28 g Chinese cabbage
1/4 red pepper
3 mushrooms
1/4 red onion
14 pickle slices
6 leaves butterhead lettuce
Directions
Chop all veggies into bitesized pieces, mix in lettuce, eat.
