| 1 | cup lemon juice |
| 2 | red peppers |
| 4 | scallions |
| 1/2 | small red onion |
| 1/2 | cup raw tahini |
| 3 | cloves garlic |
| 2 | tbs shoyu |
| 8 | tbs parsley |
| 1 | cup chopped pickles |
- Soak sunflower seeds overnight and drain.
- Sprout 4 hours.
- Put all ingredients in food processor till pate like.
- Add chopped pickles, celery and red onion, mix and add dulse and or kelp for "fishy" flavor.
