Toona Salad Recipe

Ingredients
3 cups sunflower seeds
1 cup lemon juice
2 red peppers
4 scallions
1/2 small red onion
1/2 cup raw tahini
3 cloves garlic
2 tbs shoyu
8 tbs parsley
1 cup chopped pickles
Directions
  1. Soak sunflower seeds overnight and drain.

  2. Sprout 4 hours.

  3. Put all ingredients in food processor till pate like.

  4. Add chopped pickles, celery and red onion, mix and add dulse and or kelp for "fishy" flavor.
