| 1 1/2 | cup whole wheat flour |
| 1/4 | cup olive oil |
| 1 | tsp. baking soda |
mash bananas. add sugar and mix. add egg and olive oil. mix. stir soda with flour and mix with other ingredients. pour into greased and floured loaf pan. bake at 350 for 1 hour.Categories
