Grandma's Macaroni Salad Recipe

Grandma kester's macoaroni salasd, big enough for the biggest BBQ or potluck

Ingredients
8 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup apple cider vinegar
2 cup mayo
16 ounces macaroni noodles
1 red pepper, diced
1 small onion, finely diced
4 carrots, shredded
Directions
  1. Mix the milk, sugar, vinegar and mayo to make dressing.

  2. Coat the cooked noodles and cut veggies, salt/pepper to taste.

  3. Let sit a couple hours prior to serving.
