| 1 | cup sugar |
| 1 | cup apple cider vinegar |
| 2 | cup mayo |
| 16 | ounces macaroni noodles |
| 1 | red pepper, diced |
| 1 | small onion, finely diced |
| 4 | carrots, shredded |
- Mix the milk, sugar, vinegar and mayo to make dressing.
