Chili Con Carne

Ingredients

oz canned red kidney beans, drained |
| 28 |
oz canned tomatoes, whole |
| 2 |
lb ground turkey, lean |
| 2 |
medium onions, chopped |
| 2 |
garlic cloves, crushed |
| 1 |
green pepper, chopped |
| 1 |
red pepper, chopped |
| 2 |
jalapeno peppers, chopped |
| 3 |
tablespoons chili powder |
| 1 |
teaspoon black pepper |
| 1/4 |
teaspoon salt |
| 1 |
teaspoon cumin |
Directions
- Drain canned beans. You may use 1/2 lb dry pinto/kidney beans SOFTENED.
- Chop tomatoes.
- Brown meat in a skillet, pour off fat.
- Place all ingredients in 4 quart Slow-Cooker in order listed.
- Stir once.
- Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours. (High: 5 to 6 hours)
