Variation Greek Salad Recipe

Sooo yummy! Originally tried at Messini (Authentic Greek Restaurant on Danforth Ave, Toronto.)

Ingredients
1 cucumber, sliced, thickly
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1/2 red onion
1/4 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup olives (optional)
1 tomato, sliced (optional)
2 tbspn extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp basil, dried
Directions
Wash, Cut and Toss all Ingredients.
