Beef Tongue Recipe

I enojoy this as a filler meat for tacos....warm corn tortillas in a skillet for 30 seconds each side and fill with sliced tongue meat and pico de gallo for a wonderful low calorie healthy lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
1 lb Beef tongue
1/2 cup onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp celery salt
4 cups water
Directions
Place all ingredients in a pot and simmer on low for 2 hours. Take tongue out and peel skin off and discard. Slice the tongue in thin slices and serve in corn tortillas for a great taco. Goes well paired with my pico de gallo recipe!
