Vegetable Omlette Recipe

very tasty with ketchup!

Ingredients
2 eggs
5 ml olive oil
1/2 cup red pepper
1/2 cup red onion
1/2 cup spinach
Directions
  1. 1. add the olive oil

  2. 2. add the onions and peppers for one min

  3. 3. then add the egg leave for another 2 mins

  4. 4. put the spinach on top and alow another min then fold

  5. 5. get the KETCHUP!!!
