| 2 | eggs |
| 5 | ml olive oil |
| 1/2 | cup red pepper |
| 1/2 | cup red onion |
| 1/2 | cup spinach |
- 1. add the olive oil
- 2. add the onions and peppers for one min
- 3. then add the egg leave for another 2 mins
- 4. put the spinach on top and alow another min then fold
- 5. get the KETCHUP!!!
