Mango Salsa Recipe

1/4 cup of this Salsa = 21 cals. Especially enjoy this with fish.

Ingredients
2 plum tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 tspn Jalapeno pepper, chopped, deseeded
1/2 small red onion, chopped
1 cup Mango, chopped
1/4 tspn ginger, chopped
1/4 tspn garlic, chopped
1 Tbspn Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tbspn Cilantro, chopped
1/2 tspn Lime Juice
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients.

  2. Let is chill for 30 mins before serving
