Delicious spinach salad! For dressing you can use honey mustard (it's the best!) or any other kind you prefer. You can also replace the chicken with steak and it's just as good! But I prefer chicken! You can also use turkey bacon!!
| 10 | ounce spinach leaves, raw |
| 2 | cups tomatoes, diced |
| 1 | cup blue cheese, crumbled |
| 1 | cup Parmesan cheese, grated |
| 8 | ounce chicken breasts |
| 13 | grams bacon, crumbled |
- Boil/grill/saute chicken (whichever you prefer).
- Bake/Cook bacon.
- Mix spinach leaves, tomatoes, blue cheese, parmesan cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Add chicken (or steak) (cut into strips) on top.
- Lightly add honey mustard or other dressing.
