Ingredients
1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
1 cup ice
1 cup nectarines, fresh
1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 cup water
1 grams splenda, (1 packet)
Directions
crush ice, slice nectarines, add rest of ingredients into smoothie machine or blender, and enjoy.
