Like a crabcake, only with tuna...also, add in dices onions/peppers, other seasonings as you prefer
| 4 | oz. tuna, solid white |
| 1 | slice bread, whole wheat |
| 1 | large egg |
| 1/2 | teaspoon garlic powder |
- Take one can of tuna, drain thoroughly
- Crumble the bread into very small pieces
- Add egg
- Mix together, add seasonings as desired
- Cook in frying pan with non-stick spray for 3-5 minutes per side, or until hot throughout
