Tuna Cake Recipe

Like a crabcake, only with tuna...also, add in dices onions/peppers, other seasonings as you prefer

Ingredients
4 oz. tuna, solid white
1 slice bread, whole wheat
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
  1. Take one can of tuna, drain thoroughly

  2. Crumble the bread into very small pieces

  3. Add egg

  4. Mix together, add seasonings as desired

  5. Cook in frying pan with non-stick spray for 3-5 minutes per side, or until hot throughout
