It's a burger made with ground lamb.
| 1 | lb Lamb, ground |
| 3 | tbsp breadcrumbs |
| 2 | tbsp orange juice |
| 1/4 | tsp lemon zest |
| 1 | tbsp parsley, chopped |
| 2 | tsp chives |
| 1/8 | tsp marjoram, dried |
| 1/8 | tsp salt |
| 1 | pepper |
| 1/4 | lb mushrooms, chopped |
Mustard Sauce: |
|
| 1 | tbsp mustard, grainy |
| 1/4 | cup sour cream |
| 1 | tbsp chives |
| 1 | pepper |
- Mix ground lamb, breadcrumbs, orange juice, lemon zest, parsley, chives, marjoram, salt, and pepper. Set aside. Saute mushrooms. Let cool and mix with lamb mixture. Shape into 3 patties. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or longer. Grill burgers for about 4 minutes on each side. Place on a plate or a bun. Top with Mustard Sauce.
- For the mustard sauce just mix all ingredients and keep chilled until ready to use.
