Lamb Curry with Zucchini Recipe

Indian style

Ingredients
300 grams lamb
3 cups tomatoes canned
100 grams zucchini
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp canola oil
2 tbsp ketchup
Directions
  1. Fry spices in canola oil

  2. Add garlic and lamb and fry until meat is sealed

  3. Add zucchini and tinned tomatoes

  4. Stew for 1hr

  5. Serve with cooked rice and naan
