| 1 | cup applesauce |
| 1/2 | cup apple juice |
| 1 | tbsp ground cinnamon |
| 1 | tsp ground nutmeg |
| 1 | tbsp brown sugar |
| 1/2 | tsp vanilla extract |
- Please 2 cups complete pancake mix into a medium bowl. Add applesauce and apple juice. Apple juice may be adjusted to achieve desired thickness. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray. Use about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook according to directions on pancake mix box.
