Round Steak Casserole Recipe

Crockpot specilty easy to set it and forget it

Ingredients
2 lbs Beef, Round, Top Round
4 medium potatoes
1 small onion, thinly sliced
10 oz French Style Green Beans
10 oz tomato soup
16 oz can Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
  1. Season round steak lightly (to taste) with salt peper and garlic salt cut into serving size peices (about 3 oz).

  2. Add tomato soup, onion, potatoes, green beans (with juice), and tomaotes into crockpot.

  3. Mix well.

  4. Add seasoned (uncooked) round steaks. submerge in soup mixture.

  5. cover and cook on medium heat for 8 hours remove, cover for last 1/2 hour of cooking.
