Ingredients

cup whole wheat flour |
| 1/2 |
cup oatmeal |
| 1/2 |
cup milk, non-fat, dry |
| 1 |
tsp cinnamon |
| 1/2 |
tsp salt |
| 1 |
tsp baking powder |
| 3/4 |
cup applesauce |
| 1/2 |
cup water |
| 2 |
egg whites |
Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients, applesauce and water in mixing bowl until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into pancake batter.
- Drop by 1/4-cup amounts onto medium-low non-stick skillet. Turn once when bubbles form on top of pancake.
