Ingredients
3 egg whites
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup green pepper
3 tablespoons salsa
Directions
  1. chop onion and pepper.

  2. spray pan and saute onion and pepper 3 minutes.

  3. add scrambled egg whites and cook till done.

  4. top with salsa
