No Knead Bread Recipe

Makes 12 servings


no knead bread

Ingredients
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 3/4 cup water
1/2 cup flax seed
1/4 t yeast
2 tablespoon honey
3/4 cup raisins
Directions
  1. mix all together and let rise over night

  2. after 12 hours knead a little

  3. preheat oven to 450

  4. place on sheet with oat bran

  5. bake 15 min covered 10 min uncovered
