no knead bread
| 3 | cups whole wheat flour |
| 1 3/4 | cup water |
| 1/2 | cup flax seed |
| 1/4 | t yeast |
| 2 | tablespoon honey |
| 3/4 | cup raisins |
- mix all together and let rise over night
- after 12 hours knead a little
- preheat oven to 450
- place on sheet with oat bran
- bake 15 min covered 10 min uncovered
