Raisin Bars Recipe

A lovely dessert bar

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 cup splenda
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
3/4 cup walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup strawberries
Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350

  2. Beat together butter and splenda

  3. Stir in flour, oatmeal and walnuts

  4. Save 1 cup for topping

  5. Press remaining mixture into lightly greased 8-inch pan

  6. Combine raisins and mashed strawberries.

  7. Spread to within 1/2 inch of edges

  8. Sprinkle with reserved oat mixture.

  9. Press lightly

  10. Bake for 25 minutes

  11. Makes 12 bars
