Vineta's Beef Pot Roast Recipe

Easy and yummy

Ingredients
2 1/2 lbs lean beef
1/2 large red onion
5 medium carrots
5 cloves garlic
2 oz parsley
1 tsp whole black peppercorns
1 tsp bay leaves
1 tbsp salt
Directions
  1. Fill pot with water and bring it to boil

  2. Add all ingerdients and simmer for 60 min.

  3. Serve meat with you favorite side dish
