white pasta sauce
| 1 | tbsp butter |
| 2 | cloves garlic |
| 1 | tbsp flour |
| 1 | cup milk |
| 1/2 | cup cheese |
| 1/4 | cup white wine |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 1 | tsp pepper |
- melt butter in a sauce pan
- add garlic
- add flour and stir until lumpy
- little by little, add a milk, wine and cheese
- add salt and pepper to taste
