My mother's Cabbage soup with tofu or fake meat instead of real. It's a sweet tomato based soup. A serving size is 2 cups, more than enough for me!

| 1 | large onion |
| 12 | fl oz tomato paste |
| 250 | g Vegetable bouillon , or enough cubes for 2 cups |
| 1 1/3 | cup Smart ground |
| 1 | cup ketchup |
| 1/4 | cup brown sugar |
| 1 | Salt and pepper |
- Add cabbage, onion, celery, tomato sauce, vegetable broth and water to the top of the cabbage(so the cabbage will cook all the way).
- Cook untill vegetables are tender, about an hour.
- Combine tofu with ketchup, brown sugar, and salt and pepper.
- Add the mixture to the pot.
- cook for about 10 more min. and done!
